What is required from Ugoo if he finds himself in the office of director of public relations.

In the student's union government, there shall be for the union government an office of the director of public relations who shall be elected in a general election of the union and his functions shall include:

1. To take charge of all publicity matters of the union and all matter incidental thereto;

2. To give due publicity to all activities of the union and take control of the use of the union's notice boards;

3. To perform such functions as the student representative council (SRC).
